ABSBedrock 3d
Highly developed ABS for maximum process reliability. BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ was specially developed to eliminate the typical weaknesses of classic ABS filaments. Thanks to optimized flow properties and improved dimensional stability, professional-quality components can be produced reliably and reproducibly—without warping, cracking, or adhesion problems. The material impresses with its high temperature resistance and mechanical robustness, making it ideal for fixtures, automotive components, and functional prototypes. BEDROCK 3D stands for over 13 years of experience in industrial 3D printing – originating from the roots of Innofil3D, BASF, and Forward AM. Today, the experienced team is returning to its origins: independent, focused, and with the same passion for quality. Under the new name BEDROCK 3D, the well-known Ultrafuse filaments will continue to be produced—with the aim of delivering professional printing materials with the highest dimensional accuracy, reliability, and consistency. Bold enough to start afresh. Down-to-earth enough to deliver. The improved surface adhesion of BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ ensures a stable printing base, even for large-volume objects. Controlled shrinkage maintains dimensional accuracy even during long printing times, significantly reducing misprints and rework. This noticeably increases productivity and process reliability, especially for large technical components. Another advantage: BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ adheres reliably to water-soluble support material. This allows complex geometries with cavities, overhangs, or internal structures to be realized—without time-consuming post-processing or chemicals. After printing, simply dissolve in water to remove the support material without leaving any residue. The filament is also available on large spools—ideal for industrial applications or series production where long print jobs require no spool changes. This minimizes downtime and makes processes more efficient. * Higher printing speeds may require an increase in nozzle temperature. The maximum values were tested with a 0.4 mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2 mm.
