Does PolyMide™ CoPA require a closed printer? No, all of our nylon features our Warp-Free™ technology, meaning it does not require a heated bed or a heated chamber with a temperature exceeding 50°C.PolyMide™ CoPA can be printed on a bed heated to 30–40°C without an enclosure. Settings for printing, drying, and curing? Print temperature: 250°C - 270°CBed temperature: 25°C - 50°CPrint speed: 30 mm/s - 50 mm/sFan: OFF Retraction distance: 3 mmRetraction speed: 50 mm/sIndirect drive:Retraction distance: 6 mmRetraction speed: 60 mm/s Drying settings: 100°C for 6 hours(only if the material has absorbed moisture) Baking settings: 80°C for 6 hours Do you need to anneal PolyMide™ CoPA? PolyMide CoPA exhibits excellent mechanical and thermal properties when fully crystallized. Since the printed part is not fully crystallized after the printing process, an additional step is required: annealing. You can anneal PolyMide CoPA by placing your part in an oven at 80°C for 6 hours.
