PolyMide™ is a family of nylon/polyamide-based filaments. Manufactured using Polymaker’s Warp-Free™ technology, PolyMide™ filaments offer the technical properties typical of nylon and are easy to print. PolyMide™ CoPA is based on a copolymer of Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6. The filament combines excellent strength, toughness, and heat resistance up to 180 °C. Note: It is strongly recommended to use PolyMi PolyFlex™ is a family of high-quality flexible materials. It offers the perfect solution for applications requiring high flexibility and durability. PolyFlex™TPU90 from Covestro’s Addigy® family is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)-based filament that offers high flexibility without compromising print speed. It is also resistant to ultraviolet (UV) light and sunlight. We recommend using the PolyBox™ for PolyMide™ CoPA and storing it in the resealable bag. To ensure good heat resistance of your printed part, we recommend annealing your PolyMide™ CoPA 3D print model. Annealing settings: 80°C for 6 hours With intensive use, PolyMide CoPA can wear down brass nozzles. When using PolyMide CoPA, we recommend switching to a wear-resistant nozzle, such as a hardened steel nozzle.
