Anycubic PETG-CF is a premium 3D printing filament that significantly enhances the properties of standard PETG through the addition of carbon fibers (CF). This composite material offers higher stiffness and dimensional stability compared to pure PETG, making it ideal for mechanically stressed parts. Due to the carbon fiber reinforcement, the filament is lighter, features an attractive matte finish, and exhibits less warping during cooling. Recommended printing temperatures range between 240°C and 260°C, while a heated print bed should be set to 70°C to 80°C. A hardened nozzle (e.g., steel) is highly recommended to handle the abrasive nature of the carbon fibers and prevent premature wear. PETG-CF is perfect for functional prototypes, gears, drone frames, and other technical applications requiring strength and stability. Its strengths include improved heat resistance and reduced shrinkage. However, users should note that this material is not flexible due to the fibers and is more sensitive to moisture, making dry storage essential. The result is durable, professional prints with a high-quality aesthetic.
