eSun ABS+ Filament in Orange (1.75 mm, 1 kg) is an enhanced version of classic ABS plastic, specifically developed for 3D printing applications. This material offers an excellent balance of toughness and strength, making it ideal for functional parts that must withstand high loads. Compared to standard ABS, eSun ABS+ features reduced warping tendencies and improved bed adhesion, significantly simplifying the printing process. Recommended print settings range between 220°C and 250°C for nozzle temperature, while the heated bed should ideally be set between 90°C and 110°C. An enclosed chamber is recommended to minimize potential shrinkage. Due to its heat resistance and mechanical strength, this filament is perfect for technical applications, enclosures, prototypes, and tools. However, ABS is not food-safe and should be printed in well-ventilated areas due to fumes.
