Extrudr DuraPro ABS in Anthrazit is a premium 3D printing filament based on ABS, specifically developed for demanding applications. This material impresses with exceptional toughness and impact strength, making it ideal for functional parts and durable mechanisms. DuraPro ABS offers excellent heat resistance and is perfectly suited for environments with elevated temperatures. The filament features good flow properties and low tendency to warp, resulting in precise print results. For optimal results, a print temperature between 240°C and 260°C is recommended, while the heated bed temperature should ideally be set between 90-110°C. Due to the ABS properties, using an enclosed build chamber is advisable to minimize shrinkage and delamination. The Anthrazite finish gives printed objects a professional and modern look. Strengths include high mechanical load-bearing capacity and chemical resistance, while limitations include increased emission of fumes during the printing process, requiring proper ventilation. This filament is perfect for technical prototypes, enclosures, tools, and other long-lasting applications.
