Extrudr Flex Hard Transparent 1.75 mm 750 g

Extrudr Flex Hard Transparent is a premium TPU filament (Thermoplastic Polyurethan) with a 1.75 mm diameter and a net weight of 750 g. This material is characterized by a particularly high Shore hardness, making it stiffer than conventional flexible filaments while retaining elasticity. The transparent color allows for sophisticated optical applications where light transmission and aesthetics are important. This filament is ideal for applications requiring a combination of flexibility and mechanical strength, such as functional prototypes, seals, impact-resistant casings, or bands. Thanks to excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance, printed parts are durable and resilient. For optimal print results, a nozzle temperature between 220 °C and 240 °C is recommended. A heated print bed set to 40-60 °C ensures good adhesion. As this is a flexible material, a direct drive extruder is preferred to prevent filament jamming. Print speed should be set moderately (20-40 mm/s) to achieve precise results. Strengths include high mechanical load-bearing capacity and clarity, while the flexibility requires some experience handling soft filaments.
