BASF Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural White 2.85 mm 750 g

In collaboration with Polyscope Polymers from the Netherlands, BASF Ultrafuse has developed a special ABS filament for 3D printing. Polyscope offers solutions to improve the performance of various engineering plastics, such as ABS, by adding styrene and maleic anhydride (SMA). The benefits include high heat resistance and high dimensional stability. BASF Ultrafuse has the capability to analyze material behavior during 3D printing and implement improvements. This led to an optimized ABS filament for 3D printing: ABS Fusion+ with Polyscope XILOY. The majority of ABS filaments available on the market are primarily general-purpose filaments. This negatively impacts the material properties and usability of these FDM filaments and prevents end users from realizing the full potential of 3D printing. Note: Today’s filaments from BASF Ultrafuse were sold under the brand name Innofil3D until the end of 2019. The Dutch manufacturer was previously acquired by the German chemical company BASF. As part of the acquisition, the filaments were renamed and the packaging was changed. The printing material itself remains the same high-quality filament as before.
