The BASF Ultrafuse PLA filament (formerly marketed under the name Innofil3D) is something like the standard on the German market. It has the reputation of being one of the most reliable PLA filaments on the market. The careful selection of the color pigments guarantees constant and strong colors. Due to the optimized manufacturing process you will always achieve very good printing results and blockages of the nozzle will be a thing of the past if used correctly. In contrast to ABS, a heated printing bed is not absolutely necessary with PLA filaments, as it shrinks less on cooling and the unpopular "warping effect" is largely absent. PLA is based on corn starch and is degradable under industrial conditions. It is therefore one of the most environmentally friendly filaments for 3D printing. The BASF Ultrafuse PLA filament also offers an excellent price-performance ratio and is suitable for both home applications and technically demanding models. At IGO3D you will find a wide range of colors and can rely on fair prices and top quality. Note:The current filaments from BASF Ultrafuse were sold under the brand name Innofil3D until the end of 2019. The Dutch manufacturer was previously acquired by the German chemical company BASF. As part of the acquisition, the filaments were renamed and the packaging changed. The printing material itself is still the same high-quality filament as before.
