ABSKimya
Kimya ABS-EC CNT Black is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on ABS, reinforced with electrically conductive carbon nanotubes (CNT). This specialized compound gives the material a deep, matte black finish while ensuring improved mechanical stability and electrostatic dissipation. Consequently, the filament is ideal for printing enclosures for electronic components where electrostatic discharge (ESD) must be avoided, as well as for functional prototypes in industrial applications. Due to its ABS base, the material stands out for its high toughness and heat resistance. The use of a heated print bed and ideally an enclosed build chamber is recommended to minimize warping and delamination. The recommended printing temperature ranges between 240 °C and 260 °C, while the bed temperature should be set between 90 °C and 110 °C. Kimya ABS-EC CNT processes well, though it exhibits slightly higher abrasion than standard ABS, making a wear-resistant nozzle advisable. It is a technical filament designed to meet the highest demands for functionality and durability.
