Kimya PEKK-A Natural is a high-performance filament based on Polyaryletherketone, reinforced with carbon fibers. This material offers exceptional thermal and chemical resistance as well as excellent mechanical strength. Thanks to its low shrinkage and high dimensional stability, it is ideal for precision applications in industrial environments. PEKK-A is characterized by high toughness and wear resistance, making it a perfect choice for durable components. For printing, a high nozzle temperature of 360–380 °C and a heated bed temperature of at least 120 °C are recommended. An enclosed chamber is required to prevent warping. Applications include aerospace, automotive, medical, and chemical industries. Note, however, that PEKK-A can only be processed with compatible printers due to its high printing temperatures.
