Unlike standard PEEK, PEKK-A offers improved tin resistance and excellent thermal stability, making it ideal for demanding environments. For optimal results, a heated bed of at least 120°C and an extruder temperature between 360°C and 380°C are recommended. An enclosed build chamber is essential to minimize warping.
