Kimya TPC-91A Natural is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on polycarbonate (PC), known for its exceptional mechanical strength and heat resistance. With a diameter of 2.85 mm and a weight of 750 g, this material offers an excellent solution for technical applications requiring high load-bearing capacity. The material is characterized by high toughness and a glass transition temperature of up to 110 °C, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. For optimal print results, a nozzle temperature of 270–290 °C and a heated bed temperature of 100–110 °C are recommended. Since PC can be prone to warping, using an enclosed build chamber is advisable. Kimya TPC-91A is particularly suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical components, and housings that need to withstand heat. Its strengths include high impact resistance and good dimensional stability. Limitations include its sensitive processing, which requires experience with technical filaments.
