PLAPolymaker
Polymaker HT-PLA Orange 1.75 mm is an advanced PLA-based 3D printing filament with enhanced thermal properties. Unlike standard PLA, HT-PLA offers higher heat resistance (Vicat softening temperature of approx. 100°C), making it ideal for functional applications where regular PLA would fail. The filament features excellent toughness and impact strength, achieved through Polymaker's PolyMAX™ technology. For best results, a nozzle temperature of 210–230°C and a bed temperature of 0–60°C are recommended. A heated bed is optional but improves adhesion. The filament has low warping tendencies, making it easy to print. Applications include mechanical parts, prototypes, casings, and objects exposed to higher temperatures. Strengths include ease of use, smooth surface finish, and low shrinkage. Limitations are limited chemical resistance and the need for dry storage, as moisture can affect print quality.
