PolyFlex TPU-95A by Polymaker is a high-quality Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent flexibility and high strength. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this filament offers the perfect balance between elasticity and stability, making it versatile for a wide range of applications. The orange filament, with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 750 g, is specifically optimized for FDM 3D printers and stands out for its excellent printability. Recommended print settings range between 220°C and 240°C, while a heated print bed set to 0°C to 50°C ensures good adhesion. A slow print speed of 20 to 40 mm/s is recommended for precise results and to reduce the risk of clogging. PolyFlex TPU-95A is ideal for applications requiring flexible, durable parts, such as seals, protective caps, sports equipment, or long-lasting mechanical joints.
