PolyLite ABS Galaxy Orange by Polymaker is a high-quality ABS-based 3D printing filament that stands out with its unique galaxy appearance. This material offers the classic mechanical properties of ABS, such as high strength, heat resistance, and toughness, but thanks to Polymaker's special formulation, it is significantly easier to process than conventional ABS. The filament is ideal for functional parts, enclosures, and models that need to be both durable and visually appealing. Recommended printing temperatures range between 230 °C and 250 °C, while a heated bed at 80–100 °C ensures optimal results. An enclosed printing chamber is recommended to minimize warping. PolyLite ABS Galaxy Orange impresses with its low tendency to ooze and consistent spool quality. Strengths include high impact resistance and an excellent surface finish. However, it’s important to note that ABS can be sensitive to UV exposure and may warp if cooled improperly. With this filament, you can create impressive, robust prints that particularly stand out due to their vibrant orange color with fine glitter particles.
