Polymaker PolyLite ABS in Orange is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, engineered for reliability and ease of use. Compared to standard ABS, this material offers improved tensile strength and higher impact toughness, making it ideal for functional prototypes and durable parts. The vibrant orange color gives your prints a striking look. For optimal results, a nozzle temperature between 230 °C and 250 °C and a heated bed ranging from 80 °C to 100 °C are recommended. Due to the thermal properties of ABS, using an enclosed build chamber is advisable to minimize warping and layer separation. PolyLite ABS is excellent for technical applications, gears, casings, and model making. It features good chemical resistance and is post-processable. Note that ABS, unlike PLA, is more sensitive to environmental factors and may emit odors during printing, so proper ventilation is advised.
