Buddy3D PLA+ Skin tone 478C is a premium Polylactic Acid (PLA) filament designed for high-quality 3D printing projects. Manufactured by Prusa, this material features enhanced mechanical properties compared to standard PLA, offering improved toughness and heat resistance. The realistic skin tone makes it particularly suitable for printing figurines, busts, or medical models. With a precise 1.75 mm diameter tolerance, PLA+ Skin tone 478C ensures reliable feeding and minimizes the risk of clogs. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 190 °C and 215 °C and a heated bed temperature of 50 °C to 60 °C are recommended. While an enclosed build chamber is not strictly necessary, it can help prevent warping on larger models. PLA+ is known for low shrinkage and ease of use, though it is not heat-resistant and is less suitable for outdoor applications. Weighing 1000 g, the spool provides ample material for extensive projects.
