Prusament PA11-CF (NFC) + PA Nylon Print Sheet BUNDLE

Prusament PA11-CF is a premium 3D printing filament based on Polyamide 11, reinforced with short carbon fibers. This bundle includes a dedicated PA Nylon Print Sheet for optimal first-layer adhesion. The material blend offers an excellent balance of strength, stiffness, and toughness, with carbon fibers significantly improving dimensional stability and reducing warping. PA11-CF is also chemically resistant to oils and solvents, making it ideal for demanding environments. Recommended print settings include an extruder temperature of 260–280 °C and a heated bed temperature of 80–100 °C. Due to the abrasive nature of the fibers, a hardened nozzle is highly recommended. Applications include functional prototypes, automotive parts, tools, and other durable components. Strengths include high mechanical load-bearing capacity and easier handling compared to other nylon filaments. Limitations include the need for a dry printing environment, as PA is hygroscopic, and increased nozzle wear.
