Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber Black is a premium 3D printing filament based on polycarbonate (PC), reinforced with fine carbon fibers. This combination combines the high toughness and heat resistance of polycarbonate with the stiffness and dimensional stability of carbon fibers. The result is a material ideal for printing mechanically stressed parts that need to withstand high temperatures. The filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm and comes in a convenient 800g spool equipped with NFC for easy identification and data exchange. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 270-285 °C and a heated bed of 110-120 °C are recommended. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers, the use of a hardened nozzle is strongly advised.
