Prusament PEI 1010 Natural is a high-performance engineering filament known for its exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and mechanical stress. Polyetherimide (PEI) boasts a high glass transition temperature of 217°C, making it ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. This material features excellent dimensional stability and low smoke generation. For optimal results, a nozzle temperature between 340°C and 370°C and a heated bed temperature of 120°C to 140°C are recommended. Due to the high thermal requirements, a hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm is essential. PEI 1010 is perfect for mechanically stressed parts, insulators, and electrical housings. Key strengths include high strength and heat resistance, while limitations involve a more complex printing setup and a limited color range. The multipack includes 10 spools of 500g each, suitable for professional use.
