Raise3D Industrial PPA GF Filament Orange is a high-performance 3D printing material based on glass fiber-reinforced Polyphthalamid (PPA). This filament offers exceptional heat deflection resistance and mechanical strength, even at elevated temperatures. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 1000 g, it is perfect for industrial applications. Recommended print settings include a nozzle temperature between 280 °C and 300 °C, with a heated bed set to 80–100 °C. An enclosed chamber is highly recommended to reduce warping. Key strengths include high stiffness, low moisture absorption, and excellent chemical resistance to oils and fuels. Suitable applications range from functional prototypes and automotive components to electronic housings and mechanically stressed parts. However, the material is more brittle than pure nylon and requires a hardened nozzle to prevent wear. The vibrant orange color enhances print visibility and is ideal for safety markings.
