Raise3D Premium PC Filament in Transparent is a high-quality polycarbonate material known for its exceptional mechanical strength and thermal resistance. This filament is ideal for technically demanding applications requiring stability and heat tolerance. With its high impact resistance and toughness, it withstands cracks and deformation even at temperatures up to 110°C. The transparent color allows for aesthetically pleasing, translucent prints that are also light-permeable. For optimal results, a heated bed of 110-120°C and an extruder temperature of 260-280°C are recommended. A closed build chamber is advisable to minimize warping and shrinkage. Applications range from functional prototypes and enclosures to mechanical parts and visually demanding models. Note, however, that PC is more challenging to print than standard materials like PLA or ABS and requires good ventilation to reduce fumes.
