Recreus FilaFlex SEBS Natural is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), distinguished by its exceptional elasticity and toughness. Unlike conventional flexible materials, the SEBS additive provides improved stability, making printing easier even for beginners. With a diameter of 2.85 mm and a net weight of 600 g, this filament is ideal for creating functional prototypes and durable end-use products. The recommended printing temperature ranges between 220 °C and 240 °C, while a heated print bed should be set between 0 °C and 45 °C. A direct drive extruder is recommended for optimal results to prevent filament jams. FilaFlex is perfectly suited for applications such as flexible joints, impact-resistant casings, medical models, or sports equipment. Its strengths include high recovery after deformation and chemical resistance to oils and greases. Limitations include reduced detail accuracy in very fine structures and the need for slower printing speeds. The 'Natural' color allows for easy dyeing or painting post-print.
