SainSmart TPU filament is designed for high-strength, flexible 3D prints, combining plastic-like durability with rubber-like elasticity. Its 95A Shore hardness ensures superior abrasion resistance and low compression, making it ideal for flexible parts, protective gear, and durable prototypes. This TPU requires slower printing speeds than PLA or ABS. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant, it guarantees consistent, moisture-free performance. Features include a 1.75mm diameter (±0.05mm) and 0.8kg net weight. Recommended extruder temperatures range from 195-230°C. For optimal results, use a direct-drive extruder and print at 15-30mm/s.
