SainSmart's PA6 Nylon filament is designed for 3D printing high-strength and durable parts. This thermoplastic material is odorless, non-toxic, and offers excellent strength, heat resistance, and impact resistance with low warping. The 1.75mm filament with ±0.04mm dimensional accuracy delivers excellent printing quality and reliability. Recommended nozzle temperature is 220-280°C (428-536°F), and bed temperature is 80-100°C (176-212°F). The optimal printing speed is 30-70mm/s. Due to nylon's sensitivity to moisture, store the filament in a dryer or vacuum-sealed bag. A wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or ruby, is highly recommended for printing.
