SainSmart TPU filament offers high strength and flexibility, combining plastic and rubber-like properties. With 95A Shore hardness, it provides excellent abrasion resistance and low compression, making it ideal for durable, flexible parts. Unlike PLA or ABS, TPU requires slower printing speeds. This 1.75mm filament (±0.05mm tolerance) comes in a 1kg spool (net weight 0.8kg). Recommended printing temperature: 195-230°C, bed temperature: 40-60°C. For best results, use a direct drive extruder and print slowly (15-30mm/s). With Bowden systems, disable retraction and adjust first layer settings. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant to maintain quality.
