KetaSpire PEEK AM Filament CF10 HC offers long-term performance up to 240 °C, with exceptional chemical resistance and outstanding wear and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for use in high-performance healthcare applications. These properties make it particularly suitable for metal replacement. When used with the recommended processing conditions, Solvay KetaSpire PEEK HC Filament enables the printing of parts with low porosity and exceptional interlayer strength in all directions. KetaSpire AM Filament CF10 HC additionally contains a 10% carbon fiber reinforcement in a PEEK matrix for increased strength. Due to its design, which allows for a high degree of customization and meets specific requirements, the healthcare industry is one of the key markets benefiting from additive manufacturing. While brand-new 3D printers are continuously being developed, the selection of high-performance, medical-grade filaments has been very limited—until now.
