Solvay KetaSpire NT1 HC PEEK Natural is a high-performance filament based on polyetheretherketone, designed for the most demanding industrial applications. As one of the most durable thermoplastics, KetaSpire NT1 HC offers exceptional mechanical strength, excellent chemical resistance, and high heat deflection temperature up to 250°C. This material is ideal for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries where reliability under extreme conditions is critical. For printing, a heated bed with a minimum temperature of 120°C is recommended, along with a nozzle temperature between 380°C and 420°C. An enclosed build chamber is essential to prevent warping due to heat loss. Despite its high demands on the printing environment, KetaSpire NT1 HC impresses with its excellent dimensional stability and low tendency to delaminate. Note the high melting temperatures and the need for a professional printing environment, as standard 3D printers are not suitable. The natural color allows for easy inspection of print quality and is suitable for post-processing such as milling or drilling.
