Bambu Lab TPU 90A Frozen is a high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane with a Shore hardness of 90A, ideal for applications requiring flexibility and durability. With its innovative 'Frozen' finish, this filament offers a unique, slightly transparent, and frosty appearance, giving your 3D prints a modern look. The material excels in impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance, making it perfect for functional parts like seals, buffers, or flexible joints. For optimal print results, a nozzle temperature of 220–240 °C and a heated bed temperature of 30–50 °C are recommended. A slower print speed (around 20–40 mm/s) is essential to prevent clogs or deformations. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures precise extrusion and consistent quality. Note that TPU is slightly trickier to handle than rigid materials like PLA or ABS due to its flexibility. It is not suitable for extremely heat-resistant applications, but it offers an excellent solution for projects requiring mobility and long-lasting performance.
