eSun eTPU-95A Filament in Violet Translucent is a premium 3D printing material made from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) with a Shore hardness of 95A. This material offers an excellent balance of flexibility and strength, making it ideal for applications requiring both elasticity and durability. The translucent violet color adds an aesthetically pleasing and modern look to printed objects. The filament features good tensile properties, abrasion resistance, and resistance to oils and greases. For optimal print results, an extruder temperature between 200°C and 225°C and a heated bed temperature of 30°C to 50°C are recommended. Since TPU is a flexible material, print speed should be reduced, and a Bowden extruder with low friction is preferred. Suitable applications include flexible luggage, phone cases, seals, protective covers, and functional prototypes. While eTPU-95A is versatile, it requires some experience with flexible materials and is not suitable for high-temperature applications.
