BASF Ultrafuse ABS Pink by Forward AM is a premium 3D printing filament known for its outstanding mechanical properties and durability. Made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), this filament offers high impact resistance, thermal stability, and toughness, making it ideal for demanding technical applications. The vibrant pink color adds a modern and lively touch to printed objects. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 230°C and 260°C is recommended, along with a heated print bed set to 90–110°C to minimize warping. A closed enclosure is also beneficial to reduce thermal stress. Ultrafuse ABS is perfect for functional prototypes, enclosures, toys, and automotive parts. Key strengths include excellent processability and resistance to oils and greases. However, ABS is prone to warping and requires careful environmental control during printing. With a diameter of 2.85 mm and a weight of 750 g, this filament offers a great balance of performance and yield for professional printers.
