Kimya PEI-9085 Natural is a high-performance 3D printing filament made from Polyetherimide (PEI), designed for extreme applications. This filament combines the thermal resistance of Ultem with enhanced toughness, making it ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts. With a printing temperature of 360–390°C and a heated bed temperature of 120–150°C, it is compatible with professional printers like the Raise3D E2 or Intamsys Funmat HT. The material boasts high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and heat stability up to 180°C. Applications include aerospace parts, automotive components, and medical devices. Note that PEI-9085 requires an enclosed chamber and active ventilation, as harmful emissions may occur during printing. The natural color allows for easy quality inspection. Limitations include higher material consumption and the need for specialized printers.
