Intamsys PEEK Natural 1.75 mm is a high-performance 3D printing filament made from Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), designed for demanding industrial applications. With its exceptional thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance, it is ideal for use in extreme environments. The filament exhibits high toughness and wear resistance, making it an excellent choice for functional prototypes and end products. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 380°C and 420°C, along with a heated bed temperature of 120°C to 150°C, is recommended. It is advisable to use a heated chamber to minimize warping and shrinkage. PEEK is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including oils and solvents, and retains its properties even at high temperatures up to 250°C. Suitable applications include aerospace parts, medical implants, automotive components, and machine elements. However, note that PEEK is challenging to process and requires a specially equipped 3D printer. The filament is available in Natural color and weighs 500 g.
