Fiberthree F3 PA-GF30 Pro is a premium PA12-based filament reinforced with 30% short glass fibers. This special composition provides excellent stiffness and dimensional stability with very low moisture absorption. It stands out for high dimensional accuracy and favorable flow properties that simplify the printing process. Compared to standard PA6-GF materials, the PA-GF30 Pro is less prone to shrinking and less hygroscopic due to the PA12 matrix, making it an ideal material for precision technical applications. We recommend a nozzle temperature between 260 °C and 280 °C and a heated bed temperature of 80 °C to 100 °C for optimal results. Due to the glass fiber content, the use of a hardened steel nozzle (e.g., Ruby Nozzle) is strictly advised to prevent abrasion. A heated enclosure is optional but helps reduce the risk of delamination. This material is perfectly suited for functional prototypes, load-bearing gears, brackets, and enclosures in industrial environments.
