SainSmart TPU filament is characterized by its high strength and flexibility, resembling a hybrid of plastic and rubber. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers high abrasion resistance and low compression compared to rubber parts. This Rep-Flex TPU filament is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to maintain quality. Specifications: Diameter 1.75mm (±0.05mm), weight 0.8kg net, recommended extruder temp 195-230°C, platform temp 40-60°C. For optimal results, use a direct drive extruder and print slowly at 15-30 mm/s. Disable retraction to reduce stringing. Ideal for creating flexible, durable parts like phone cases, seals, and wearable prototypes.
