Bambu Lab TPU 90A Blaze is a premium thermoplastic polyurethane known for its excellent combination of elasticity and strength. With a Shore hardness of 90A, this filament strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and stability, making it ideal for applications requiring both toughness and durability. The vibrant 'Blaze' color not only gives your prints a striking look but also enhances the visibility of moving parts. This material is particularly resistant to wear, oil, and chemicals, making it an excellent choice for long-lasting functional parts. For optimal print results, an extruder temperature between 220°C and 240°C, along with a bed temperature of 30°C to 50°C, is recommended. Due to its flexibility, a direct drive extruder and a reduced print speed of 20 to 40 mm/s are advisable to minimize stringing. Recommended applications include seals, bands, protective cases, and functional prototypes. While TPU 90A is versatile, it requires careful printer setup as the material may jam if fed too quickly. Despite these challenges, Bambu Lab TPU 90A Blaze stands out for its reliability and the wide range of creative possibilities it offers.
