Extrudr DuraPro ABS Metallik is a premium 3D printing filament that stands out for its metallic appearance and excellent mechanical properties. Based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), this filament offers an optimal balance of strength, toughness, and heat resistance, making it ideal for technically demanding applications. The special metallic surface finish gives printed objects a professional, elegant look, which can be further enhanced through post-processing like polishing or sandblasting. For best results, a heated bed temperature of 95–110 °C and an extruder temperature of 240–260 °C are recommended. Due to ABS-typical properties, using an enclosed build chamber is advisable to minimize warping. This filament is particularly suitable for functional prototypes, enclosures, machine parts, and decorative objects that require both durability and an attractive appearance. Key strengths include high impact resistance and chemical resistance, while post-processing may require slightly more effort compared to PLA-based materials.
