Extrudr DuraPro ASA Anthrazit is a premium 3D printing filament based on Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA), ideal for outdoor use. ASA excels in weather and UV resistance, outperforming ABS significantly. The material retains its color and structural integrity even after prolonged sun exposure. Additionally, DuraPro ASA offers high heat resistance and excellent mechanical properties like toughness and stiffness. Anthracite gives the prints a sleek, professional look. For optimal results, a print temperature of 240–260°C and a heated bed temperature of 90–110°C are recommended. An enclosed build chamber is advised to prevent warping. This filament is perfect for functional prototypes, outdoor applications, enclosures, and automotive parts. Strengths include minimal warping and a smooth surface finish. A limitation is that ASA can emit a slight unpleasant odor during printing, so proper ventilation is important.
