Jabil TPU 90A Natural is a premium Thermoplastic Polyurethane filament with a diameter of 2.85 mm, designed for advanced 3D printing projects. With a Shore hardness of 90A, this material offers an excellent balance of flexibility and strength, making it ideal for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and abrasion resistance. The filament features high tensile strength and good resistance to oils and greases. For optimal print results, an extruder temperature between 220 °C and 250 °C and a heated bed of 40 °C to 60 °C are recommended. A slow print speed (20–40 mm/s) and a direct drive extruder are also advised to ensure stable printing. TPU 90A is particularly suitable for manufacturing flexible connectors, seals, protective cases, and functional prototypes. Its strengths include high elasticity and durability, while processing requires some experience, as the material may tend to jam if settings are incorrect. The natural color allows for easy post-processing and painting.
