Kimya ABS-S Natural is a premium 3D printing filament based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, engineered for industrial applications and advanced hobbyists. This material stands out for its high impact resistance and mechanical strength, making it ideal for functional prototypes and durable parts. Compared to standard ABS, the ABS-S variant offers improved processing characteristics, resulting in a more stable print with fewer warping issues. For optimal results, printing in an enclosed chamber is recommended to minimize heat loss and reduce the risk of layer separation. The recommended nozzle temperature ranges between 230 °C and 260 °C, while the heated bed should be set to 80 °C to 100 °C. Active part cooling is not strictly required but can assist with overhangs. Due to its thermal resistance and chemical resilience, this filament is excellent for automotive and mechanical environments. Note that ABS-S is sensitive to moisture; therefore, proper storage in a dry place and pre-drying before printing are advised. The 'Natural' color provides a neutral base, suitable for post-processing such as sanding or painting.
