Kimya ABS-S Natural is a premium 3D printing filament based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, engineered for enhanced mechanical properties and thermal resistance. This material offers excellent toughness and impact strength, making it ideal for functional parts that endure high stress. ABS-S features good flow behavior and reduced warping tendency compared to standard ABS, simplifying the printing process. For optimal results, a print temperature between 240°C and 260°C is recommended, along with a heated bed set between 100°C and 110°C. An enclosed build chamber is advisable to minimize warping. Applications range from enclosures and mechanical components to prototypes. Strengths include high heat deflection temperature and chemical resistance to oils and greases. Limitations include the need for a well-ventilated environment due to fumes and sensitivity to rapid temperature drops.
