Kimya ABS-S Natural is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), specifically designed for professional applications. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 750 g, this filament offers an excellent balance between printability and mechanical properties. ABS-S is known for its toughness, heat resistance, and impact strength, making it ideal for functional parts. Recommended print temperatures range from 230 °C to 260 °C, while the build plate should be heated to 80–100 °C. A heated enclosure is optional but recommended for larger objects to minimize warping. Suitable applications include prototypes, enclosures, tools, and mechanical components that must withstand high loads. The strengths of Kimya ABS-S include its resistance to chemicals and heat, while limitations include a tendency to warp if not cooled properly. The 'Natural' color provides a neutral base for post-processing such as sanding, painting, or chrome plating. Kimya emphasizes consistent quality and tight tolerances, ensuring a reliable printing process.
