Kimya ABS-S Natural is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), engineered for enhanced mechanical properties and ease of use. This material excels in heat resistance, toughness, and impact strength, making it ideal for functional parts and mechanical applications. The natural color allows for post-processing like painting or sanding. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 240 °C and 270 °C and a heated bed temperature of 100 °C to 110 °C are recommended. An enclosed build chamber is advised to minimize warping. Strengths of ABS-S include its dimensional stability and chemical resistance, while limitations include a tendency to warp and the need for adequate ventilation. Suitable applications include automotive accessories, casings, and prototypes requiring robust properties.
