Kimya PA6-CO Black 1.75 mm is a premium 3D printing filament made of nylon, designed for industrial and high-performance applications. This filament excels in mechanical properties, including high impact resistance, tensile strength, and wear resistance. PA6-CO is also chemically resistant and offers good heat deflection resistance, making it ideal for demanding environments. For optimal print results, a nozzle temperature of 240–260°C and a heated bed temperature of 80–100°C are recommended. Due to nylon's tendency to warp, a heated bed is essential, and using an enclosure can further improve results. The filament is particularly suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, gears, and durable housings. However, it is important to note that nylon is hygroscopic and must be thoroughly dried before printing to avoid bubbles and print defects. With its deep black color and smooth surface, Kimya PA6-CO delivers professional and aesthetically pleasing prints.
