Polymaker PolyFlex TPU-95A in Yellow is a premium thermoplastic polyurethane filament designed for applications requiring flexibility and elasticity. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this filament offers a balanced combination of softness and mechanical strength, making it ideal for functional prints. PolyFlex stands out for its user-friendly nature; it is less prone to clogging and easier to process than many other TPU filaments. For optimal results, a nozzle temperature of 205–220 °C and a heated bed temperature of 0–40 °C are recommended. Using retraction and a slower print speed (20–40 mm/s) significantly enhances print quality. This filament is perfect for seals, flexible joints, shock absorbers, and phone cases. Key strengths include high tear resistance, oil and grease resistance, and excellent layer adhesion. Limitations include the necessity of a direct drive extruder and potential stringing if not configured correctly.
