Polymaker PolyFlex TPU-95A Yellow is a premium 3D printing filament made from Thermoplastic Polyurethane, designed for applications requiring flexibility and high abrasion resistance. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this material offers an excellent balance between elasticity and stability, making it ideal for functional prototypes, seals, flexible joints, and shock-absorbing components. Thanks to Polymaker's advanced formulation, the filament is easy to process and less prone to clogging or stringing compared to other TPU materials. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 210°C and 230°C, along with a heated bed temperature of 30°C to 60°C, is recommended. A slow print speed of 20 to 40 mm/s ensures precise results and prevents deformation. Key strengths include its high toughness, oil and grease resistance, and ease of handling. However, it is important to note that TPU is generally sensitive to moisture and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal results.
