Polymaker PolyFlex TPU-95A in White is a high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) designed for applications requiring flexibility and elasticity. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this filament offers a balanced mix of softness and strength, making it ideal for functional prototypes, seals, gaskets, and durable protective cases. The material is resistant to abrasion and chemicals while maintaining excellent shape stability and print accuracy. Thanks to Polymaker’s optimized formulation, TPU-95A is easy to print with minimal stringing or nozzle clogging. For best results, a print temperature of 210–230°C and a heated bed at 30–60°C are recommended. A slow print speed of 15–30 mm/s and a Bowden extruder with low friction will further enhance performance. Note that TPU absorbs moisture, so drying the filament at 60°C for 4 hours before printing is advised. While not suitable for rigid structures, this filament excels in durability and versatility for flexible applications.
