Polymaker PolyLite PLA in Yellow is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on polylactic acid (PLA), known for its excellent print quality and reliability. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 1,000 g, this filament provides ample material for a wide range of printing projects. The material is renowned for its low shrinkage and warping, making it ideal for both beginners and professionals. Recommended print temperatures range from 190 to 230 °C, while a heated print bed set to 60 °C is advised. PolyLite PLA is perfect for prototypes, decorative objects, and functional parts that are not exposed to extreme temperatures. Its strengths include ease of use, high surface finish, and eco-friendliness, as PLA is derived from renewable resources. However, it should be noted that PLA is less heat-resistant than materials like ABS and may become brittle with prolonged UV exposure.
