Polymaker PolyLite PLA Black is a high-quality 3D printing filament based on PLA, renowned for its reliability and ease of use. This material stands out for its excellent surface finish and a deep, rich black color that gives professional prints an elegant look. PolyLite PLA is engineered to offer an optimal balance of strength and stiffness, making it ideal for functional prototypes and decorative applications. It is also more environmentally friendly than many other plastics, as it is made from renewable resources. For printing, a nozzle temperature of 190–230 °C and a heated bed temperature of 0–60 °C are recommended. A key advantage of this filament is its low tendency to warp, meaning a heated bed is often not strictly necessary. PolyLite PLA is particularly suitable for detailed models, architectural visualizations, and consumer goods. Its strengths include minimal warping and good adhesion to common print beds. A limitation, however, is its reduced heat resistance, making it unsuitable for applications above 60 °C. Overall, PolyLite PLA Black offers an excellent combination of user-friendliness and print quality.
